Milan Junior Camp - Atlanta, GA
|  MAY 17 2016 - Due to the low number of registrations received, unfortunately, we have been forced to cancel the Atlanta Camp for 2016. We apologize for the inconvenience but are unable to organize and plan all logistics involved given the current number of registrations received. Welcome to the only FULL DAY CAMP offered in the Atlanta area, the only camp that offer's payment plans for the registration fees and the only camp that offers specialized goal keeper training. The Milan Junior Camp program is the official camp program of the Italian club, AC Milan, and the first stepping stone in a follow-up program for young talents that feature the characteristics and values the club is seeking in athletes. It’s a program that serves the dual purpose of entertaining while also identifying those highly qualified talents from an early age, and following them during their development as athletes and individuals. Camp duration is Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Each camp will be hosted by at least two A.C. Milan certified coaches coming directly from Milan, Italy. The camp curriculum has been specially designed for each age group by A.C. Milan’s expert coaches and doctors. Typically mornings are for technical and tactical skills, and afternoons for small-sided games. Camps are open to boys and girls between the ages of 6 and 18 at all levels including first time players. Individuals identified as elite talents could be selected to attend Milan Junior Camp Day in Milan, Italy in the Spring of 2017. Players identified as elite talents could also be invited to participate on International Elite teams for competitions in the US and abroad. Campers will receive an Official AC Milan Academy kit (1 MJC jersey, 1 MJC short, 1 MJC pair of socks), and a certificate of participation. Trainers will work on technical player development as well as mentor the players in preparing their minds and bodies for competition including nutrition, decision making and mental toughness.
